Reservations & Deposit: A $300 deposit is
required at time of booking. Full payment to be received six (6)
weeks prior to reservation date.
Booking weekly: Summer rentals - Saturday to Saturday.
Cancellation policy: Notice has to be received in writing six (6)
weeks prior to reservation date. A 25% service fee is applicable.
Full refunds will be made if unit is re-rented.
Payment methods: Cash, Certified Cheques, Travel Cheques,
American Express, Master card, Diner card, Visa Check in Time: 3:00 PM during the Summer and during the other
seasons.
Check Out Time: 10:00 Am during the Summer and 12:00 Noon all
other times.
Damage/ Cleaning Deposit: The deposit will be refunded to you by
mail, only after the Employees/Mngt. have checked / inspected the
accommodation after the unit is vacated.
Accommodations: Are ONLY for the number of persons booked per
unit.
*The Facility is for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY*
Parking: Two (2) cars per Rental unit.
Pets fee: Daily / $5.00 - Weekly / $25.00. All pets must be leashed
at all times when on the property and are only permitted during Spring, Fall, Winter. (Sorry, not during the Summer months)
**Please Ask about our Off Season Rates. For Mid week or
Weekends during the Off Season, a 2 night minimum booking is
required. Off Season Long Weekends, a 3 night Minimum booking is
required.
During July and August if you wish to inspect or check our facility and cottages, please visit between 10 am and 3 pm on Saturday ONLY.
